Energration provides cost engineering, independent estimating, project controls, forensic cost analysis, and proposal support for DOE capital projects and federal acquisitions. Our work covers the full project lifecycle – from early conceptual estimates and project estimating plans through performance baselines, earned value management, variance analysis, claims development, and fee recovery.
We build and defend AACE-classified estimates at every level (Class 5 through Class 1), develop quantitative risk analyses and contingency positions that meet DOE and GAO standards, produce FAR-compliant cost proposals and REA packages, and deliver integrated project controls aligned to DOE Order 413.3B and EIA-748-D. When programs need to win work, we prepare proposal cost volumes, pricing structures, and competitive cost positions and support teams through orals, negotiations, and best-and-final submissions.
Our practitioners work in the standard toolset of the DOE complex — HeavyBid, MII/MCACES, ProPricer, Safran Risk, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel — and complement it with a modern data and AI stack (Python, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Neo4j, Power BI) that we use to build Energration’s internal, bespoke productivity and compliance products.
